Marco and his family... read more (the father omnipresent in the bar department and the mother, an excellent cook who always reminds me of how my grandmother cooked) have put all their energy, but above all their passion into everyday life.
You forget that you are a guest because they truly make you feel like you are at home.
A special mention to the chef for the exceptional tiramisu and Russian salad which, in my opinion, can beat starred chefs!!!

The rooms are spotlessly clean and comfortable, the food was delicious and Marco is very knowledgeable about the local area and local skiing.

The ski resort of Valtournenche is a short drive away and perfect to beginners and intermediates. For those wanting a bit more of a challenge you can drive another ten minutes to Cervinia or even ski over into Zermatt.

The food on the slopes was also fabulous and not as expensive as in some other ski resorts.

If your looking for a real taste of Italy then Punta Cian is your place.

  Friendly Family Gorret - The Gorret Family, that is Marco and his parents, take very good care of their guests. Apart from Italian they are French and English spoken. The hotel is clean and... read more quiet, rooms are nice, Food is good and plentiful. Easy access to lifts by car or Marco´s free ski bus. When our daughter injured herself skiing the Gorrets were most helpful and caring. We´re very happy with our stay.
